I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2007 after graduating with a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham. Over the past 11 years I have worked with a variety of clients, including physique competitors, rugby players, marathon runners, complete beginners and people wanting to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing. I currently specialise in working with people who want to transform their body & lives in a healthy and maintainable way.
I first started training in the gym at the age of 15 with the aim to improve my rugby performance and physique. Unfortunately my rugby career was cut short with numerous injuries, including an ACL repair and a tendon reconstruction in my hand. However, I then discovered the world of physique competitions and around the age of 25 I changed the my training focus from performance to aesthetics.
Since then I have competed 19 times, over 8 federations and have earned my pro status with the WBFF, UKUP, Pure Elite and Miami Pro, as well as placing 2nd in the 2 Bros Pro Event and Body Power Model Search. I have also judged numerous fitness competitions including Pure Elite and Miami Pro and worked with over 100 athletes on their journey to the stage.
