Use the Nutrition Calculator to get your own Nutrition Plan to help you either lose fat and gain/maintain muscle, maintain weight and improve body composition or bulk up and gain muscle. The Nutrition Plan you are given will be based on the information you enter into the calculator, for example; your current calorie intake, height, weight, gender, activity level, body type and how many meals a day you want.
The Nutrition Plan will give you suggested amounts of how many calories to eat on training and rest days, plus a breakdown of how much protein, carbohydrates and fat to eat in each meal depending on when you train. You will have the ability to adjust your Nutrition Plan as and when needed, by simply logging into your account and going to the Nutrition Calculator at any time.
