I left the 9-5 corporate life behind to build something for myself in 2016. I worked hard to build a life of freedom and happiness on a DAY TO DAY basis. Isn’t this what we’re all looking for?

Not everybody wants to work for themselves but everybody wants to be happy so I am paying forward everything I have learnt on my personal growth journey into my mindset coaching.

My view on personal development is this;  any action we take in life is a physical manifestation of what we believe about ourselves and others. It’s also pretty much impossible to make a lasting physical change to our bodies without an emotional transformation too.

So many of us take daily actions that don’t support our goals or what we actually want! This includes the way we eat, speak about ourselves and who we find ourselves spending our time with. We spend a lot of time talking about what we don’t want rather than focusing on what we DO WANT. Usually because we don’t believe it’s possible, ‘realistic’ or that we are good enough. These thoughts we think about ourselves cement themselves as beliefs and we find ourselves stuck in a life we feel like we didn’t choose. This is where I come in – to help you figure out who you want to be and the life you want to have, ultimately helping you live a life you love.

Monthly Modules

The modules cover everything from habits, to time management to forgiveness and judgement.

We work through a staged process over an extended period to cement change in small steps.

The Monthly modules include monthly worksheets, a 1:1 call with me, reading and audio as well a dedicated social support group for mindset coaching clients. Intakes happen weekly for the Monthly Modules.


An intensive six week programme for those people who want to make changes and see results fast!

Regular intakes for upto 6 people per intake. The programme includes weekly worksheets, calls 1:1 and as a group and reading and audio.

This programme is designed to be deep dive, it’s not for the faint hearted but it promises to have eye opening results!

We will be covering goals and action in all areas of life including; Health & Body, Wealth & Finances, Work and Career, Family & Relationships. 

Next Intake for Six Week Shift is 1st November 2018.
